At the request of N4ZIQ, NCS made comments regarding Harry,WN7YJJ, passing and stated that the Osceola County ARES/EMCAT group has lost a great asset and friend. NCS asked that all refrain from sending condolences or making phone calls to Harry's widow, Elaine, until word is put out that she's ready to receive such after her grieving.
